About Insight to Impact

After many years working in schools, I decided it was time to take my act on the road.

I created Insight to Impact to bring the knowledge, experience, and perspective I’ve gained over the years to teachers, teams, and leaders in a different way. I’ve spent my career working alongside educators—listening, learning, collaborating, problem-solving, and finding ways to turn ideas into meaningful action.

At the heart of Insight to Impact is a simple belief: the best work begins with listening.

Before we jump to solutions, we need to understand your school—your strengths, your challenges, your goals, and the people who make your community unique. From there, we can build a plan together, bringing different talents, perspectives, and experiences to the table in ways that ultimately benefit students.

That is what Insight to Impact is all about: building bridges between what we know, what we do, and what students experience.

Mission

To partner with schools to bridge insight to action—connecting professional learning to classroom practice and supporting educators and leaders in creating meaningful impact for students.

Vision

Learning communities that bridge insight, practice, and impact—where educators grow and every learner can thrive.

Our Founder

“We’re just humans, working with humans, to teach humans how to be human.”

That belief has guided Insight to Impact’s founder Jennifer Willner throughout her many years in education—as a teacher, instructional coach, and curriculum and systems leader—and it continues to shape the way she partners with schools and organizations today.

After earning her Master’s in Education, Jennifer began her teaching career in New York City. She moved to the Dominican Republic in the 90’s beginning her international education journey. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of roles—as a classroom teacher, a character education program trainer, and, most recently, as an instructional coach and curriculum specialist focused on teaching and learning.

“I build bridges so others can travel.”

Sometimes those bridges are between people—creating trust, clarity, and shared purpose so teams can do their best work together. Other times, they are between vision and practice—aligning curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional learning so that what we say matters actually shows up in classrooms and outcomes.

Understanding that schools are all unique and require the flexibility to design their own change, paired with Jennifer's ability to relate to people and listen with understanding, allows her to support leaders, teams, and teachers as they bridge learning for themselves and their students to create meaningful impact.
