Build teacher understanding and strengthen literacy practices that support students as readers, writers, and learners.

Professional learning may include:

• Science of Reading — Exploring the research behind how students learn to read and translating that research into effective classroom practice.

• Reading & Writing Instruction — Strengthening mini-lessons, guided practice, independent work, and teacher conferencing to support students as readers and writers.

• Diagnostics — Using diagnostic information to identify student strengths and needs and determine appropriate instructional next steps.

• Responding to student needs — Using student work and reading data to differentiate instruction and provide targeted support.

Sessions can be tailored to grade level, team needs, or a school's existing literacy approach.
